Your Calendar

 

Did someone send you a calendar invite via email? Find it on your calendar. Need to organize your schedule or invite someone to a meeting? Do it all here! Your calendar connects to your Office365 email account so that you can manage everything in one place.

To log in: use your Office 365 email credentials. If unable to access, contact helpdesk@arcsomd.org. After logging in, select the Calendar icon from the menu.


Caseworthy

 

Welcome to Caseworthy, our case management and incident reporting system.

To log in: your username is our agency email address without the domain (i.e. jsmith@arcsomd.org would be jsmith) and your password is set by you. If unable to access, contact helpdesk@arcsomd.org.


Events Calendar – Community & Agency-wide

Find community events to get moving with the people you support or check out some fun activities we have coming up for employees or consumers right here at The Arc! Know of something we can add to the calendar? Submit it to communityevents@arcsomd.org.


ADP

Clock in and out, edit your punches, submit leave requests, check your leave balance, and review pay stubs.

To log in: Your username and password is set by you. For first time login, you will need to register using a code received in your agency email account.


Travel Voucher Form

To get reimbursed for mileage, sign in to PaperSave with your User ID and password to access the Travel Voucher Form.

Meeting Room Calendars

 

Need to book a space for a meeting? Our meeting room calendar is located on our spARC (SharePoint) site for easy scheduling. All rooms are open access, except the Boardroom. To book the Boardroom, please contact Jennie Parran (jparran@arcsomd.org or 410-535-2413, ext. 123)

Office 365

(email & more)

Office 365 allows you to access your agency-issued email, calendar, OneDrive, Yammer, SharePoint, & more…all in one place.

To log in: Your username is typically your first initial & last name with @arcsomd.org (i.e. John Smith would be jsmith@arcsomd.org). However, some variations may apply. Refer to the email address issued during your New Employee Orientation. Your password is initially issued during New Employee Orientation, but immediately changed upon your first log in. The password has been set by you and must contain at least 8 characters with one letter and one number. If unable to access, contact helpdesk@arcsomd.org.


OneDrive

 

Need to be able to access a file, form, or document from any location? Upload it to your OneDrive. OneDrive is private, accessible anywhere that has WiFi or internet connection, and items can be shared with anyone you choose.

To log in: use your Office 365 email credentials. If unable to access, contact helpdesk@arcsomd.org. After logging in, select the OneDrive icon from the menu.


Yammer

 

Yammer is like the Facebook of our organization, with only our network of employees having the ability to access it. Use Yammer to stay connected, share events, and even create private groups for your teams. We love to see what you’re doing every day here at The Arc, so share your photos, videos, and updates here! We might even feature them on our website or social media pages!

spARC

(The Arc’s SharePoint)

Looking for a form? Need to schedule a meeting space? Want to complete an internal application? “spARC” is our SharePoint site, where you can find event calendars, agency documents, procedures, forms, and other important shared information. You may also schedule a space for a meeting in any of our three offices.

To log in: use your Office 365 email credentials. If unable to access, contact helpdesk@arcsomd.org.


Employee Navigator

(Benefits)

View benefit info or complete open enrollment for your medical and life insurance benefits, HSA/FSA accounts, etc. Update beneficiaries, current address, or waive insurance. Changes to benefits can only be made during open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event. At that time, you have 30 days from the event to make changes and you must provide proper documentation.

OPEN ENROLLMENT: September 6th – September 20th, 2017

To log in: For first time log in, select “register as a new user” and fill in the requested information. The Company Identifier is ARCSOMD. When creating your account, we suggest using your work email address as your username.

DataWatch (I.D. Badge) Requests

 

Lost or damaged badge? Contact data-watch@arcsomd.org. If you need your access level changed due to a change in your position or access needs, please contact your supervisor and ask them to send their approval and request to the DataWatch team.


 

Event Submissions (The Arc)

 

Planning an event for a group of people we support? Doing something special for a team of employees? Submit all agency events to Naomi Hurley nhurley@arcsomd.org. Don’t forget to include a contact person along with a “who, what, when, where, and why” about the event.


IT Issues & Help Desk Requests

 

Having an IT problem (i.e. can’t access email, problem with a printer, error on your computer)? Submit your request to helpdesk@arcsomd.org. Remember to provide a detailed description of the problem. Issues handled by the IT help desk are related to computers, lap tops, internet, WiFi, printers, monitors, mouse devices, keyboards, cell phones, or faxes. Land line phone problems may be submitted to the IT help desk, but may need to be referred to the maintenance team depending upon the nature of the problem. In this instance, the IT help desk will advise you. The help desk does not handle general maintenance. Requests regarding damage or malfunction of other items in the offices or residential homes may be entered through LifePrint.

To submit nominations for Shining Star & Employee of the Month, contact Jennie Parran (jparran@arcsomd.org or 410.535.2413, ext. 123). Please include your name, the name of the person you are nominating, the reason for selecting them, & where they are employed.


The Arc Grapevine Suggestions

 

Have a suggestion for our internal newsletter, The Arc Grapevine? We accept suggestions for “Community Corner” spotlights as well as photo submissions from recent events or everyday happenings around The Arc. Share your photos, videos, or news with us! Have a story to tell about something you, your team, or a consumer has done? Want to share some really great photos or videos? Submit to Naomi Hurley (nhurley@arcsomd.org or text photos to 410-474-3476). Don’t forget to submit the names of everyone pictured in photo and video submissions. Your image or story could be featured in our newsletter, on our website, or on social media!


“Thank You!” Submissions

 

Have a co-worker you’d like to thank? Send a sentence or two about a “thank-worthy” thing they did. We send out all the “thank you” messages monthly to highlight all the awesome people doing awesome things for each other! Submit your “thanks” to Melissa Wilson (mwilson@arcsomd.org).
