Welcome to Caseworthy, our case management and incident reporting system.
To log in: your username is our agency email address without the domain (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org would be jsmith) and your password is set by you.
CaseWorthy Support Office Hours:
Clock in and out, edit your punches, submit leave requests, check your leave balance, and review pay stubs.
To log in: Your username and password is set by you. For first time login, you will need to register using a code received in your agency email account.
To get reimbursed for mileage, sign in to PaperSave with your User ID and password to access the Travel Voucher Form.
To request user access or for any issues regarding the PaperSave system, please submit a ticket through the Arc’s FreshService Help Desk portal.

Office 365 allows you to access your agency-issued email, calendar, OneDrive, Yammer, SharePoint, & more…all in one place.
To log in: Your username is typically your first initial & last name with @arcsomd.org (i.e. John Smith would be email@example.com). However, some variations may apply. Refer to the email address issued during your New Employee Orientation. Your password is initially issued during New Employee Orientation, but immediately changed upon your first log in. The password has been set by you and must contain at least 8 characters with one letter and one number. If unable to access, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit Help Desk Portal
(The Arc’s SharePoint)
Looking for a form? Need to schedule a meeting space? Want to complete an internal application? “spARC” is our SharePoint site, where you can find event calendars, agency documents, procedures, forms, and other important shared information. You may also schedule a space for a meeting in any of our three offices.
To log in: use your Office 365 email credentials. If unable to access, contact email@example.com.
View benefit info or complete open enrollment for your medical and life insurance benefits, HSA/FSA accounts, etc. Update beneficiaries, current address, or waive insurance. Changes to benefits can only be made during open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event. At that time, you have 30 days from the event to make changes and you must provide proper documentation.
To log in: For first time log in, select “register as a new user” and fill in the requested information. The Company Identifier is ARCSOMD. When creating your account, we suggest using your work email address as your username.
IT Issues & Help Desk Requests
Having an IT problem (i.e. can’t access email, problem with a printer, error on your computer)? Please go to the Help Desk portal https://arcsomd.freshservice.com. Remember to provide a detailed description of the problem. Issues handled by the IT help desk are related to computers, laptops, internet, WiFi, printers, monitors, mouse devices, keyboards, cell phones, or faxes. Land line phone problems may be submitted to the IT help desk, but may need to be referred to the maintenance team depending upon the nature of the problem. In this instance, the IT help desk will advise you. The help desk does not handle general maintenance.
Shining Star & Employee of the Month Nominations
To submit nominations for Shining Star & Employee of the Month, contact Jennie Parran (firstname.lastname@example.org or 410.535.2413, ext. 123). Please include your name, the name of the person you are nominating, the reason for selecting them, & where they are employed.
“Thank You!” Submissions
Have a co-worker you’d like to thank? Send a sentence or two about a “thank-worthy” thing they did. We send out all the “thank you” messages monthly to highlight all the awesome people doing awesome things for each other! Submit your “thanks” to Melissa Wilson (email@example.com).
