Congratulations to Connie Willoughby, The Arc Southern Maryland’s Manager of Community Supports in Charles County. Connie was recognized October 11th at the Maryland Police Correctional Training Commission’s 18th Annual Instructor Awards and Training Conference as Non-Academy Instructor of the Year for the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy.

Connie has trained over 400 law enforcement & corrections professionals to recognize and properly manage situations involving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Connie was nominated by the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy. The Arc Southern Maryland is proud of Connie and thankful to have her as an integral part of The Arc Southern Maryland team.
